Mr. Ravi is the vision and the force behind The Pranava Group. He is a conscientious Realtor who exudes credibility, commitment, and determination.
Backed with extensive experience in the field of agriculture and fertilizers industry, he founded the group in 2003 and since then has been working relentlessly to build a powerful team & win the trust of the clients thereby building a solid reputation for the company. It is his leadership and vision that drives the group to scale new height with each passing year.

Mr Ram Babu Boorugu

Executive Director & Chief Technology Officer

Ram is the Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer. In his role as a CEO, Ram holds the overall responsibility to lead Technology and Innovation at Pranav Group and orchestrates the overall Technology & innovation agenda with a focus on leveraging the technology in Construction management and Manpower optimization.
Prior to joining Pranava, Ram has held various positions like IT Consulting Director in Singapore, New Zealand, Belgium, and UK, in IT Industry for over 20+ years enabling Banking, Telecom, Dairy and Tech companies with Enterprise solutions.

Mr. Sama Srinivas

COO

Sama Srinivas, a comprehensive real-estate professional and COO of PRANAVA GROUP brings to the table around 22 years of experience in different fields that include training and development, entertainment, Retail, Constructions and manufacturing; donning multiple roles from a team leader to a good team builder. An MBA, his strength lies in his conceptual ability towards the Business Operations and Management, his acumen in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and provides overall strategic leadership to the business and implement scalable business strategy.
He is known for his skills in handling Human resources and Financial Resources of the Organization, handle process escalation and innovation through generating MIS Reports and also he enforces procedural systems and guidelines for the organisation.
He is known for his imaginative marketing strategies and is sought for his sound Knowledge of Accounts and taxation and land acquisition and title due diligence and acquisition.

Mr Shiva Banadaru

Director

Shiva is the Director at Pranava Group. In his role, Shiva oversees the management, execution, and progress of all projects of Pranava Group. He is involved with operations pertaining to material selection, procurement, handling, budgeting, quality control, execution, vendor management, and collaboration with contractors/third parties.
Shiva holds a Master’s in Construction Management from Marshall University, United States, and has more than 5 years of experience in construction management. He ensures timely delivery of projects that matches the ethos of the company like quality, timely delivery, sustainability, and eco-friendly construction practices.

Mr. Vikas Solanki

Projects Director

Vikas is a Project Director at Pranava Group. In his role, Vikas takes care of land assessments, and land acquisitions that align with the strategic vision of the company. Vikas comes with 20 years of experience in the field of real estate with sound understanding & industry knowledge of matters related to land assessments and liaisoning.
Vikas holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from a reputed institute and is dynamic in nature. He has accomplished many accolades in his field by virtue of his visionary perspective.
